Automatic Banking Machines (ATM)

Automatic teller machines are located in the hospital at the following locations:

  • First floor vending area (behind cafeteria) (Fifth Third Bank)
  • Ground floor in hallway leading to the tunnel (PNC Bank)
  • Ground floor under staircase – CINCO machine

Flowers, Packages and Mail

Flowers, mail and packages should be sent to the following address:

Mail and flowers are delivered daily. Flowers will arrive in patients’ rooms after 3 p.m. Patients in our intensive care units, the Burn Center, and patients who are immunosuppressed may only receive silk flowers and balloons. Flowers received after a patient’s discharge will be returned to the florist. Any mail received after a patient is discharged will be forwarded to the patient’s home.

University Hospital Gift Shop

University Hospital Gift Shop, Lori’s Gifts, is conveniently located on the ground floor, off the main lobby. We offer a tremendous amount of gifts and merchandise selected to meet the diverse needs of the University Hospital community. Also available at the Hospital gift shop is a large selection of sleepwear, toys, magazines, books and personal care items. Phone orders are welcome.

Overnight Accommodations

University Hospital provides affordable, comfortable accommodations at The Holmes on Eden for out-of-town or local family members who would like to remain nearby while a loved one is receiving care at University Hospital. Located in the Holmes Hospital on the UC Medical Campus, the Holmes on Eden hotel is especially convenient for patients scheduled for early morning surgery or procedures.

Telephone Service

Telephones for local calls are available in waiting areas and solariums on every floor and in the main lobby. Telephones are connected in all patient rooms. Patients may receive calls from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Amplified telephones and telecommunication devices for the deaf are also available through the patient’s caregiver.
